Product Management's main responsibility is to create a positive product experience for be2's customers. Its mission is to offer an easy-to-use, efficient and personal matchmaking service which introduces compatible partners for long-lasting and fulfilling relationships. Product Management's success is measured by how many customers are converted into Premium Members and retained throughout their lifecycle as satisfied customers.

The IT organization is structured to deliver high-quality application improvements on a regular basis, while supporting the business growth with dependable, scalable and high-performance operations. The team works hard to bring new product ideas to life, while balancing this with the introduction of new technologies. With responsibility for the availability and quality of the continually changing be2 service, IT can be seen as the 'motor' at the heart of be2.

Finance is responsible for the integrity of the organization's financial business processes and controls and provides the framework and tools for the organization to make the right value-based decisions. It ensures alignment of be2's strategic goals through robust planning, timely forecasting, correct financial business reporting, as well as compliance with the various external regulations and internal processes.

The International Department is responsible for the localization of be2's service and the successful marketing in each country. Our 'IBDs' (International Business Developers) prepare and coordinate the launch of a country, market be2’s service and position it in the country's public opinion. Once the country is large enough, a Country Manager takes over to scale it while, at the same time, building a localized team to support the country's growth and expansion. While working closely with Product Management and Online Marketing, the IBDs and Country Managers have full profit and loss responsibility for 'their' countries.

The Online Marketing team is responsible for attracting new visitors to be2's websites worldwide and supporting the International Department in their local marketing activities. The team coordinates online marketing activities such as campaign management, management of the banner repository, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO) and affiliate marketing across all countries and ensures constant information flow between them.

Business Intelligence (BI) is responsible for the systematic quantitative analysis of be2's business, with the objective of providing crucial information to enhance our business and to facilitate decisions. As a result, BI has to provide relevant, comprehensive, accurate, meaningfully analyzed and aggregated data as well as generate proposals for other departments and management which will help enhance the business.

The Brand & Communication team is responsible for building be2's brand and the external and internal communication, internationally. This is achieved in two ways: first through online and offline communication comprising of all channels and communication means as well as Public Relations, and second, through internal communication which provides tools and processes that help keep the flow of information within be2 circulating.

The Human Resource team is responsible for providing the human resources needed to continue our strong growth and to develop the ability and skills of our be2 eam. It supports management as well as other departments with respect to their HR needs.
